Warehouse Associate (Forklift Operator)

Location: South San Francisco, CA Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to support daily loading, unloading, packing, and inventory operations. This role requires physical labor, accuracy in documentation, and safe equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload cargo from trucks and containers manually and using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Export Packing / Outer Casing: Perform casing work using shrink-wrap machines; measure and record dimensions and weights for booking.
• Inventory & Material Management: Monitor warehouse supplies, packing materials, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Documentation: Prepare and complete warehouse documents accurately.
• Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, and stage goods throughout the warehouse.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or moving services experience
• Minimum 1 year of safe forklift operation experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks: walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 49 lbs
• Ability to build pallets and pack materials
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read and write in English to complete warehouse paperwork

Compensation

• $21 per hour
