-Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas

– Receives and maintains inventories

Pay Rate: $22-$28/hrs. BOE
Shift: Sundays and Mondays, 2 days/week, 8:00am to 4:30pm 

Job Responsibilities:
-Enter shipment data into system to generate required documents and labels, apply rates and charges.
-Arrange import and export clearance through U.S. Customs, and track shipments with carriers from origin to destination.
-Arrange and transfer shipments from customer or vendor to location.
-Arrange customer shipments, provide flight information and shipment details to customers.
-Assist in visually inspecting freight, ensuring it has the necessary stickers to ship out correctly
-Create invoices for customer shipments, third party, and billings.
-Provide service and support to customers and overseas offices regarding status, transit, or irregularities of shipments.
-Maintain and update customer templates, pre-alert distribution lists, and new customer information.
-Assist in creating and updating reports, operations and customer Standard Operating Procedures.
