Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Irrigation Support / Field Operations Associate to assist with data entry, equipment operation, and general field support activities. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and flexibility to work extended hours during peak irrigation season.

Education, Experience & Skills Required

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
• One to two years of related experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills, including maintaining spreadsheet records.
• Ability to operate equipment such as tractors, swathers, forklifts, and utility vehicles safely and effectively.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate strong time-management skills.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• During irrigation season, flexibility to work extended hours and up to seven days per week as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain data in spreadsheets and company systems.
• Operate agricultural and material-handling equipment as needed.
• Support irrigation activities and field operations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
