Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and cut various fabrics according to patterns and work orders

• Work closely with sewing and production teams to meet deadlines

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. This role assists with key financial processes and ensures compliance with company policies and standard accounting practices.

The Accounting Specialist will handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, reconcile accounts, and support month-end close efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare invoices, apply payments, and resolve discrepancies
• Perform account and bank reconciliations

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical knowledge. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and improving industrial equipment and facility systems while working safely and efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Follow safety procedures including Arc Flash and Lockout/Tagout
• Install, maintain, repair, and adjust mechanical and electrical components and controls
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical/electrical malfunctions using proper tools
• Perform AC/DC motor replacement
• Use machine shop equipment for fabrication and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and complete work orders
• Conduct general facility maintenance as needed
• Document and close work orders and PMs using a computerized system
• Report unsafe conditions and follow company policies
• Available for weekends or off-shift work as required

Qualifications

• 3–5 years industrial or heavy commercial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical/electrical knowledge
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills (fuses, shorts, wiring)
• Working knowledge of lubricants

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble SMT and TH components on various types of printed circuit boards, using hand-held soldering stations.
• Rework and install fine pitch components under microscope magnification.
• Identify component types and polarities.
• Read and utilize Bill of Materials (BOM) and Assembly Drawings.
• Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components.
• Understand and adhere to ESD & ISO procedures.
• Must be able to solder RoHS and Non-RoHS.
• Ensure quality of work/product is maintained to standards.
• Must be capable of performing solder touch ups.
• Knowledge of IPC-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
• IPC-7711 Rework of Electronic Assemblies (experience required)
• Capable of following process on travelers and providing input for DFM.

Knowledge and Skill:

• High school or equivalent.
• Must be able to understand, speak and read English. As well as articulate any issues
• that arise while working on a PCBA.
• 2+ year of manufacturing experience and 2+ years soldering PCBA’s preferred.
• Experience with use of hot air rework stations.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be in good health and be able to use both hands.
• Must have the ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
