They will build relationships with existing and new farms so that they can provide guidance on maximizing the data collected and reports provided. They perform standardized qualitative and quantitative tests to determine physical or chemical properties of milk. The work is physically demanding and may include significant travel, a varying schedule including early mornings, nights and occasional weekends, and working in a barn environment. Specific tasks performed include: set up/breakdown and cleaning of equipment, collecting cow data and milk samples; entering data in specialized programs and printing reports & invoices; monitoring data accuracy; and communicating with customers, co-workers and others in the organization.

Reporting to the QA Manager, the QA Inspector will oversee quality control activities, ensuring tasks are adequately performed to company and regulatory food safety and quality standards. The position will be responsible for communication, data collection, and specialized tasks to enhance food safety throughout the facility.  The QA Inspector will also verify compliance to company food safety and hygiene protocol. Non-compliances discovered in any of these areas are to be communicated to the Production Manager, Maintenance Manager and/or Quality Manager.

 

Position Responsibilities

 

•              Inspect the production and packaging processing area in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) guidelines and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

•              Support Line leads and Production Supervisors in quality compliance.

•              Performs and oversees the completion of datasheets in Red Zone including sanitation records, production quality monitoring, verifying line clearance and line set up before starting up.

•              Be proficient in collecting Adenosine Triphosphate, (ATP), Enterobacteriaceae (EB) and Allergen protein swabs. Use protocols to determine areas to swab and report results in electronic files and/or verbal.

•              Ensure proper hygiene is practiced by all employees (procedures, attire, etc.).

•              Initiate non-conforming tags for raw and packaging materials, as needed.

•              Enforce safety guidelines to ensure compliance.

•              Interacts professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.

•              Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and departments.

•              Participate in shift transition meetings.

•              Ensure that facilities follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP), and Global Food Safety Initiatives (GFSI: SQF) guidelines including developing a Food Safety Culture.

Plant Worker Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Unload waste from incoming vehicles. Separates non-autoclavable waste to be incinerated.
• Stage waste on conveyor system or properly stack waste for scanning in the Biotrack system.
• Scan waste into the Biotrack system for proper recordkeeping purposes.

In this role, 2 candidates will work 4 hours to support front desk duties, and 1 candidate will be scheduled for 8 hour shifts to support client tenant needs.

Key duties and responsibilities

  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Greet all office guests
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk
  • Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
  • Stock the copy rooms, snack room and lounge
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
  • Answer guests’ and employees’ questions
  • Validate guest parking

Select staffing has a great opportunity for a Data Clerk within a manufacturing company.

  • Pay: $19-$20
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday
  • Hours: 7:30 am 4:00 pm, 2nd and 4th Friday of the month the office closes at noon. 

JOB SUMMARY

Performs data entry and clerical duties within the sourcing department at the direction of the Business Support Manager.  Will work closely with the sourcing and accounting teams to maintain data accuracy and support the overall data management process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily actions summaries.
  • Data entry, processing, and coordinate purchase orders.
  • Assist in preparing sourcing reports and keeping sourcing records.
  • Work closely with Accounting Department to maintain and process vendor payment with growers.
  • Mango purchase order entry in D365.
  • Avo purchase order entry in D365.
  • Compile and execute Market Reports for all COO.
  • Analyzing and finalizing Quality Assurance reports back to supplier.
  • Working closely with CA Field department on purchase orders.
  • Assist with projects and events.
  • General office duties, including but limited to, mail, vendor service, answering phones.
  • Work closely with other departments such as Inventory, IT, and Sales to troubleshoot and coordinate purchase orders.

Job Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • 6+ months experience in a data entry role.
  • Basic knowledge of office equipment and related skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
  • Experience in D365 or Windows Dynamics is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
