Operations Support Technician (Industrial Electronics & Warehouse Operations)

Location: Milpitas, CA Schedule: Full-Time Start: ASAP

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Operations Support Technician to support daily warehouse operations, industrial electronics processing, and customer communication. This role works closely with the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager to ensure accurate workflow, proper documentation, and high-quality service within an ESD-controlled environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager with daily operational oversight of the assigned client account
• Work safely and consistently in an ESD-controlled area
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, messaging apps, and email
• Navigate and utilize WMS/ERP systems for tracking, documentation, and workflow management
• Perform receiving, shipping, and inventory/cycle counts
• Complete serial capture, documentation, and data entry
• Conduct assembly and kitting of industrial electronic components
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, and decontamination of equipment
• Support cross-functional tasks and other duties as needed

Qualifications

• Strong, proficient computer skills
• Experience with WMS or ERP systems
• Ability to work in an ESD-controlled environment
• Warehouse, electronics, or operations experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
