Position Summary Reporting to Warehouse Coordinator and/or a Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Lift Truck Operator is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load and unload material, product, bins, and pallets. This position will be responsible to move needed items to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into trucks, production or storage facilities. This position will work is required to work safely, efficiently and with great attention to detail. Position Responsibilities • Locate, pull and transport full or empty bins, pallets of finished product, packaging supplies, and/or equipment to specified areas. • Perform daily preventative maintenance and forklift check on assigned forklift(s). • Demonstrate teamwork. • Transport raw and processed product to production workstations. • Maintain and update records of inventory and activity logs. • Perform cycle counts to promote and support the integrity of inventory. • Perform goods sampling for Quality Holds as needed. • Pre-stage orders. • Load outbound finished goods in semi-trailers (Live & drop). • Use inventory scanners to log product in and out of warehouses. • Supports and practices all established safety programs and policies. • Receive truck deliveries. • Pick orders from inventory using a pick sheet. • Shrink wrap pallets to prepare them for shipping. • Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs). • Check and count all incoming supplies & materials against manifests. Monitor packaging supplies & raw materials utilized daily and notify office of any impending shortages. • Annually complete certified forklift safety training. • Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, safety and environmental considerations • Maintain the company’s commitment to providing quality products and services with an emphasis on Food Safety, legality, and integrity. • Attend and participate in company committees, such as Safety Committee. • Perform otherduties

  • Perform Cycle Counts & re-counts of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and non-conforming materials daily as required
  • Document cycle counts and physical inventory counts in programs such as excel, word, google docs/sheets and a Salesforce based ERP program 
  • Open cartons, bundles, and other containers to count items and/or weigh materials to determine quantity on hand. Weigh and mark product displaying the remaining product left
  • Maintain production identification and location program
  • Investigate and correct discrepancies 
  • Identify root cause for issues and make recommendations for improvement 
  • Assist shipping and receiving, including receipt and verification of inbound items vs. packing slip or BOL
  • Occasionally operate forklift or other machinery as needed
  • Occasionally travel up to 50 miles in company or own vehicle between warehouses to count or move inventory

Job Requirements:

What we’re looking for…

  • High School Diploma required, Associate’s or greater highly preferred
  • 2+ years of proven Inventory experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
  • Proficiency using MS Office is required
  • Forklift Certification or OSHA Forklift Certification is a plus but not required

Description JOB SUMMARY:

Under direction of the Dryer Manager, Supervisor or Leader, is responsible for the installation, modification, and preventive/corrective maintenance of the dryer facility equipment and machinery. Some basic mechanical task examples: troubleshooting machinery/processes, remove and replace bearings, electric drive motors, different type of belts, is capable, with minimum supervision, of responding to and diagnosing equipment & machinery malfunctions or breakdowns, the timing and adjustment of processing and production equipment & machinery, initiating and coordinating required adjustment and/or repairs and preparation of verbal or written reports as requested. Under limited supervision, must be proficient at fabricating sheet metal parts using common sheet metal trade equipment and machinery. Will perform other tasks as assigned. This is a diverse duty position, with multiple different areas of responsibility.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. Working from engineering drawings and/or verbal instructions, installs, relocates, or modifies Dryer facility equipment

2. Working from engineering drawings, sketches and/or verbal instructions, performs metal fabricating

3. Operate metal working machines such as, welders Mig, Stick, power press, brakes, punches, drill presses, and grinders to cut.

4. Operate oxyacetylene cutting equipment, MIG, ARC and plasma welding to cut and fabricate parts in support of Dryer operations.

5. Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough

6. welding, soldering and similar equipment to fabricate parts to support Dryer

7. Inspect part quality and installation to ensure conformance and safety

8. Troubleshoots, diagnoses, and reports on Dryer facility equipment malfunctions and breakdowns.

9. Performs initial and routine set-ups, adjustments, and repairs to maintain Dryer equipment and machinery in proper

10. Operates Dryer equipment and machinery as assigned to meet Dryer

11. Performs, and monitors results of, equipment and machinery with minimum supervision.

12. Performs major overhauls of Dryer equipment and machinery such as gear boxes or speed reducers and air cylinders with minimum supervision.

13. Assist in training and instructing designated personnel in equipment and machinery installation, modification, adjustment, or overhaul

14. Keeps work areas, shop, equipment, and tools clean and orderly using common cleaning equipment.

15. Assists Dryer Manager/Supervisor and Lead with the identification of required spare parts to ensure a proper working inventory is

16. Unloads, relocates, or loads Dryer materials or

17. Performs carpentry or concrete work in support of building maintenance or

18. Performs forklift

19. Completes records as necessary, including daily checklist prior to operating

20. Maintains fuel, oil, and water in designated locations

Paso Robles company is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to join their team.

The Warehouse Clerk will ensure that all products remain in good condition and keep the warehouse operating efficiently at all times.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $19.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

Received product and assure that there is no damages.

Record inventory of products being received.

Prepare orders and ensure they are complete, accurate and ready for delivery.

Respond to any issue by coordinating with appropriate departments.

Maintain and update logs and other important documentation.

Pick and pack customer orders, and label items if need to be.

Other task as assigned.

  • Monday thru Friday 
  • Hours 2:30pm to 7pm
  • $14.50/hr

Duties of the Part Time General Helper:

  • Folding coveralls, shop towels, napkins, linens.
  • Packaging garments.
  • Working on machinery.
  • Running clean linen napkins and other clean laundry through the hot iron press. 
  • Assisting with general cleanup of area.

Job Requirements:

Part Time General Helper Requirements:

  • Able to work 8-hour shift.
  • Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time including.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment. 
  • Ability to stand for a full shift. 
  • Ability to use basic tools.
