Job Description Summary:

Provides administrative assistance to Production Control Department. Assists department function in data entry, document control, data administration. Interacts with production, shipping and sales departments to perform job duties.

Responsibilities:

Assists department function under management instructions such as:

• Data entry. Receives report about daily production, material usage, down time records, QC analysis data and daily throughputs of production lines from all 4 plants and check those accuracy. Then, inputs daily production, material usage, down time records, QC analysis data and daily throughputs of production lines from all 4 plants.

• Production Report. Generates production daily and weekly reports and check those accuracy. Provides production report to Production Control Manager. Generate other reports as needed.

• Data updating. Updates and maintains the latest data files which are Microsoft Excel and linked intricately.

• Document. Maintains department documents of above records, product standard, item master and other reports. Some documents could be data files.

• Other duties and projects as assigned related to production control. Qualification and Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent understanding of Microsoft Excel formula and Power Point.

• Previous related office experience.

• Previous food industry experience or knowledge of food manufacturing processes and procedures desirable.

• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Written and verbal communication skills in English, also Spanish desirable.

Education:

• Some college class or business courses. Bachelor’s degree desirable.

  • Bill of Lading is checked in the computer to make sure all is accurate and matches. Order is then released in the computer to show it has been shipped. Bills of lading are put in numerical order
  • Attends Carrier Window, checking drivers in and out, verifying their load sheets match the bill of lading and that paperwork is filled out properly
  • Works a flexible schedule and may work occasional Saturdays

Duties: Will include monitoring accounts payable statements to identify debts owed to the company. Contacting assigned customers or business partners to resolve any issues; and collect the past due debt.

Hour 8am to 4:30pm 1/2 lunch Mon-Friday

 • Monitor the company’s accounts receivable

• Contact customers with overdue accounts; attempt to collect overdue amounts.

• Resolve customer issues and complaints

• Submit regular reports on status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.

• Handle chargebacks

Local recycling center is looking for an experienced Front Load Operator for their Fresno Location. This is a full time position with tons of Over Time. 

Job Duties consist of the following:

Operational Performance & Best Business Practices

  • Load and move equipment or materials while coordinating machine actions with other yard activities, in response to hand or audio signals from crew members.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections of assigned equipment
  • Loading piles of recyclables onto the conveyor for distribution.
  • Transporting materials to different locations within the facility.
  • Optimizing loads to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Inspecting for damages to vehicles.

 

Shift: 5am-330pm

Schedule: Mon-Fri with some Saturdays

Pay: $20 depending on experience

 

Resumes are required and must show recent Front End Loader Experience

Experience in a recycling center is a plus
