Warehouse Associate Job Summary:

The Warehouse associate will perform an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock.

Warehouse Associate Job Duties:

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers, as well as collect empty pallet boards and carry them to storage.
• Building cardboard boxes.
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Receive and distribute product and assist in weekly product inventory.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

• Working inside warehouse – counting product
• All environments – Cold, Freezer, and normal temperatures
• Responsible for effectively maintaining accurate warehoused inventory balances and ensuring optimal service levels to customers.
• Ensures that all daily inventory transactions are recorded into the inventory system completely, accurately, and in a timely manner in order to maintain accurate available stock balance;
• Ensures that monthly reconciling items are resolved timely, completely and accurately; bills/credits all assigned shipper loads as appropriate; processes claims for returned product; ensures all holds are processes in a timely and accurate manner;
• Ensures all physical inventories are processed in a timely and accurate manner; processes storage bills;
• Ensures that any event that may have a material impact on operation available stock balances and/or ability to service customer orders is resolved and/or communicated to supervisors; performs additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience in a inventory type position
• Able to twist, lift, carry, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand up, walk, bend for entire shift
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent math skills
• Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers 
  • Computer skills (word, excel, email)
• Very organized and able to follow complex work instructions (both written and verbal)

Maintain and troubleshoot all electrical and mechanical aspects of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) on site, including conveyor systems, sortation Adjust scanners, cameras, field buses, scales and printer applicators Reset, repair, or replace adjustable components (belts, chains, cables) and wearing components (guides, bearings, wheels, rollers, pulleys) Clean, lubricate, and calibrate equipment Use appropriate job plans, procedures, and manuals

Must have 3-5 years as a Maintenance Tech in a Manufacturing Plant.
