Starting Pay: $18.00-$24.00/hrs DOE

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret production drawings to determine rebar, mesh, and material requirements.
• Cut, bend, and weld rebar cages according to specifications and shop drawings.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and perform daily equipment inspections.
• Operate welding equipment and various shop tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by removing debris, steel scraps, dirt, and other hazards.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials using cranes, forklifts, and hoisting equipment as needed.
• Work with production teams to ensure cages are completed accurately and on schedule.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with welding, fabrication, rebar work, or metal manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and understand shop drawings and production specifications.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Forklift and overhead crane experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
