Kingsburg Milling Company
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour
Status: Temp-to-Hire
Kingsburg Milling Company is looking for a reliable Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join their maintenance team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking long-term employment with a growing manufacturing company.
Schedule
- Training: 1 week on 1st Shift
- Regular Schedule: Graveyard Shift
- Hours: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- Days: Sunday night through Friday morning
Job Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Inspect machinery to identify potential problems
- Replace worn or damaged parts as needed
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Assist with equipment installations and upgrades
ob Requirements
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and work in a manufacturing environment for extended periods
- Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatic, conveyors, motors, and gearboxes is a plus
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Must be dependable with good attendance
- Willingness to train on 1st shift and transition to graveyard shift
