Forklift Operator

Location: West Sacramento, CA

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team in West Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of forklifts and will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and receiving activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, and propane-powered forklifts.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and pallets throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Stage materials for production and shipping departments.
• Utilize RF scanners, inventory management systems, and shipping documentation as required.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and complete daily equipment checklists.
• Adhere to all OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with physical inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation activities.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience operating sit-down, stand-up, reach, and propane forklifts preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
