Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor to oversee overnight operations, maintain workflow efficiency, and ensure a safe, productive environment. This role requires strong leadership, hands-on warehouse expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise night shift warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and order fulfillment
• Lead, train, and support night shift staff to meet productivity and safety standards
• Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure timely completion of nightly operational goals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized warehouse environment
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment as needed
• regarding nightly production, issues, and progress
• Assist with scheduling, performance feedback, and shift reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisory or lead experience
• Strong knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory processes
• Forklift experience required (sit-down, stand-up, or clamp preferred)
• Ability to lead and motivate teams during night shift hours
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS systems)
