Assembly & Order Picker
Location: Irvine
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 6:00am – 2:30pm (Monday – Friday)
Assembly & Order Pickers: This position is responsible for assembling products, picking customer orders, preparing shipments, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Assembly Responsibilities
- Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Inspect components and finished products for accuracy and quality.
- Use electric hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report product defects or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Order Picking Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Verify order quantities and product information before shipment.
- Label and stage orders for shipping.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Organize products within the warehouse to maintain inventory accuracy.
General Responsibilities
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform additional warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Basic math skills.
Preferred
- Previous assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or order-picking experience.
- Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a warehouse or production environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining quality standards.
