Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about maintaining accurate inventory? We’re looking for an Inventory Cycle Counter to join our team in Shafter, CA. In this role, you’ll help ensure inventory accuracy across the facility while working closely with production, shipping, receiving, and management teams.

Responsibilities
As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will:
- Conduct routine cycle counts for packaging, ingredients, raw materials, and byproducts.
- Investigate and help resolve missing product issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low inventory concerns to the Inventory Manager.
- Maintain, track, and report inventory records and inventory changes.
- Partner with internal departments to coordinate product disposition for use or disposal.
- Work with production, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies.
- Maintain and update inventory standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
- Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have
- At least one (1) year of experience in inventory, production, or department coordination.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build positive working relationships across departments and with customers.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions, correspondence, and memos.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
