Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Location: Onsite

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Product Intake Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for receiving incoming products, unloading shipments, organizing inventory, and ensuring all items are accurately tracked and available for the retail team. This position is ideal for someone who is physically active, organized, and experienced in warehouse intake and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

Unload all incoming shipments and pallets from delivery trucks
Receive shipments and sign delivery paperwork upon receipt
Inspect shipments to ensure products are undamaged and accurate
Verify packages against purchase orders and invoices (quantity, quality, price)
Store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Replenish inventory as needed and assist with retail floor stocking when required
Count inventory and document/report discrepancies in the ERP system
Receive and process Purchase Orders and Sales Orders in the ERP system
Coordinate with procurement teams regarding expected deliveries
Contact suppliers or shippers to resolve issues or discrepancies
Arrange returns or replacements for unsatisfactory shipments
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

Forklift experience (certification preferred) Strong physical fitness; able to lift, move, and stack pallets regularly Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Experience using ERP or inventory management systems Reliable, punctual, and tea
