Warehouse Clerk – Fulfillment 

Location: Oakland, CA 94606
Schedule: Full-time, 1st Shift
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor / Operations Manager

Logistics company in Oakland, CA specializing in high-volume e-commerce fulfillment. We support time-sensitive client programs and are hiring three detail-oriented Warehouse Clerks with strong Amazon-style or e-commerce fulfillment experience.

Role Summary

Execute daily fulfillment tasks—picking, packing, receiving, inventory control, and quality checks—to ensure accurate, on-time shipments. This role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to SOPs, and hands-on WMS/RF scanning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and stage orders to client and carrier standards
• Receive, inspect, count, and put away inbound inventory
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Conduct quality checks for order accuracy and product condition
• Use RF scanners and WMS to process all warehouse transactions
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks; forklifts if certified)
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization
• Meet productivity and accuracy KPIs; escalate issues as needed
• Support returns processing, special projects, and peak-season surges

Required Qualifications

• Warehouse fulfillment experience (Amazon, 3PL, or e-commerce preferred)
• Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning workflows
• Strong accuracy, reliability, and productivity focus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical, repetitive tasks
• Flexibility for weekends/overtime
• Solid communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Extensiv or Port Pro WMS
• Forklift certification or powered-equipment experience
• Background in high-volume e-commerce or retail fulfillment
