Select Staffing is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse and agricultural operations, ensuring efficient workflow, team coordination, and safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support warehouse/production staff
- Coordinate receiving, processing, packing, and shipping
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety
- Train and guide team members
- Assist with scheduling and problem-solving
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
Qualifications:
- Supervisory or lead experience in agriculture, warehouse, or production
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer/reporting skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Reliable and organized
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (seasonal overtime possible)
Environment: Agricultural/warehouse setting focused on safety and teamwork
