We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to ensure products meet established quality standards and production specifications. The ideal candidate will inspect materials and finished products, document inspection results, and work closely with production teams to maintain high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production operations to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
• Inspect, test, and measure materials, components, and finished products.
• Recommend adjustments and improvements to assembly or production processes.
• Use measuring tools such as rulers, calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify product specifications.
• Accept or reject products based on quality requirements and established standards.
• Identify, segregate, and remove products or materials that fail to meet specifications.
• Discuss inspection findings with supervisors, operators, and other production personnel.
• Accurately document and report inspection results, test data, and quality trends.
• Maintain inspection records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies and quality procedures.
