Job Opening: Williams Sonoma – Warehouse Coordinator

Select Staffing is hiring a Warehouse Coordinator for a sample handling warehouse environment in Richmond, CA. This position supports inventory management, sample movement, and general warehouse operations in a fast-paced setting.

Job Duties:

• Receive, stock, pick, organize, and catalog inventory
• Process returns and maintain accurate inventory records
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, stock pickers (up to 30 feet), and walkie riders
• Use handheld devices and iPads to scan and track inventory
• Coordinate with internal departments, including photo teams and buying groups
• Wrap, stage, move, and prepare furniture samples for storage or transportation
• Assemble furniture samples and assist with deliveries and pickups within the facility
• Perform general warehouse duties such as recycling, housekeeping, and material handling
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Comfortable working in a physically active environment
• Strong attendance, work ethic, and positive attitude
• Ability to work onsite in Richmond, CA
• Willingness to train and safely operate warehouse equipment

This is a hands-on warehouse position requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently while supporting inventory and sample handling operations.
