Job Responsibilities:

• Mold and de-mold cheese products according to production standards
• Assemble and disassemble molding equipment
• Ensure molding machines and cotija grinders are cleaned and sanitized before production
• Perform CIP (Clean-In-Place) procedures on dryers and equipment
• Start up and shut down spray dryers and other production equipment
• Package products into bags, film, and containers
• Stack finished products onto pallets for shipment
• Assist with bottle un-scrambler machine setup and operation
• Inspect products for proper weight, sealing, labeling, lot numbers, and expiration dates
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain quality standards throughout production
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 months of recent manufacturing, food production, or processing experience required
• Ability to lift between 5–50 lbs. throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
