In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, shipped on time, and delivered with the highest level of quality.
Position Summary
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, supporting order fulfillment activities, and maintaining a well-organized and safe warehouse environment. This position ensures the timely and accurate processing, sorting, and delivery of orders while maintaining inventory accuracy and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory Management
- Receive, unpack, inspect, and stock incoming materials.
- Prepare, verify, and process shipping and receiving documentation.
- Address and label packages, calculate shipping rates, and record shipment weights and costs when necessary.
- Box, stage, and ship products, parts, and customer orders.
- Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack, and ship products.
- Ensure accurate and on-time customer order fulfillment.
- Process and manage customer returns.
- Identify inventory discrepancies and conduct root cause analysis to resolve issues.
- Sort, organize, and label inventory using identifying codes for easy location and tracking.
- Complete computer transactions to ensure timely shipment of parts.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and follow inventory control procedures within the ERP system.
- Perform a variety of warehouse and fulfillment duties to support customer orders and business operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

- Follow all safety and quality standards across warehouse operations and customer deliveries.
- Ensure work is completed according to established operating procedures and authority guidelines.
