• Observe all safety rules/ regulations and perform duties in a safe and efficient manner
• Review production schedule and documentation to determine what product will be running or is to be produced
• Prepare the changeover (e.g., documentation, materials, and tooling for set-up, including mixing the ink)
• Set-up the machine as required and verify the accuracy of the set-up before starting production
• Run the machine and adjust as needed to ensure quality and output expectations are met and scrap is kept within the set goals.
• Keep the machine and workstation clean per S6
• Troubleshoot and make minor repairs or adjustments to the machine (e.g., screen and embossing die adjustments)
