• Account Monitoring & Reconciliation: Maintain and update collections records, track payment progress, and identify discrepancies between invoices and payments. Work with internal teams and customers to resolve any disputes.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate, analyze, and maintain collections reports in Excel for the Accounting Supervisor, providing insights on aging accounts, payment trends, and outstanding balances.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with the sales and shipping teams, as well as the Accounting Supervisor, to resolve customer disputes, identify billing discrepancies, and reconcile canceled or adjusted orders.
• Customer Service & Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and diplomatic approach when dealing with customers, ensuring a positive relationship while enforcing payment terms.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the collections process and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce delinquency rates.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all collection activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, documenting communications and agreements with customers for audit and reference purposes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 2–3 years of related experience in collections, accounts receivable, or accounting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Ability to work with multiple monitors and manage digital records efficiently.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work full-time in an office setting.
Education:

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:
The Warehouse Clerk 1 receives, validates, and stores incoming inventory/material in proper designated locations. Warehouse Clerk 1 is also responsible for marking, picking, packing, and shipping material in response to customer orders.
- Warehouse Clerk 1 is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate inventory transactions.
- The Warehouse Clerk 1 may also perform final “Parts” assembly and parts marking as assigned. MAJOR DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Ensures that all activities are performed in a safe manner.
- Maintain work areas in a neat, orderly, and safe manner.
- Ensure that the policies and procedures for handling inventory/materials are followed.
- Unload incoming inventory/materials from trucks and move to proper locations, transact in AX as assigned.
- Stock incoming inventory/materials into proper locations, transact in AX as assigned. • Pick and pack (prepare) inventory for shipment to customers.
Job Requirements:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred, previous experience supporting a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Must be familiar with computer systems including MS Office and data base systems (FileMaker Pro and AX preferred)
• Must be able to communicate clearly (written and verbally) in English
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills and the ability to work with all levels of the company
• Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift
• Maintain work areas in neat, orderly and safe manner

1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some overtime required
- Successful completion of “Work Skills” training for the various processes on the shop floor
- Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product
- Rotate through all the tasks required in production processes
- Assist in the production of wiring assemblies
- Maintain clean work areas
NOTE: Mandatory overtime is often required. This can mean starting as early as 5AM, working up to 12 hours per day, 5-6 days per week.
