Assembler (Electronics)

Location: San Jose & Fremont, CA
Schedule: Full-Time Monday – Friday 1:30pm-10pm
Pay: DOE

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team in San Jose and Fremont, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic assembly, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to read and interpret technical instructions and blueprints. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our products meet high-quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform assembly tasks in accordance with Assembler Level 1 and 2 standards.
Read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions to assemble electronic products.
Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, drill guns, and soldering equipment to fit electronic components.
Solder and inspect electronic components, identifying and correcting defects to maintain quality standards.
Conduct repairs and rework on products per engineering change orders or production needs.
Inspect, measure, and test parts and assemblies using tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Assemble electrical systems and large equipment using rivets, bolts, and soldering tools (preferred).
Perform final product testing and verification to ensure specifications are met.
Package and label finished goods properly.
Provide training and guidance to fellow assemblers as needed.
Follow safety and quality control protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

4+ years of electronic assembly and hardware machine experience preferred.
Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
Strong soldering and component inspection skills.
Familiar with quality control processes and best safety practices.
Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to train others and adapt to working in various departments.
Comfortable using computers and working flexible schedules.
