Job Summary

As a Recruiter, you will be the face of Prologistix in the community, sourcing and engaging talent while aligning the right individuals with logistics job opportunities. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure workforce solutions are delivered with efficiency, empathy, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for industrial/logistics positions
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines using internal systems
• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities with clients and associates
• Maintain a pool of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand workforce needs and expectations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
• Represent Prologistix at job fairs, hiring events, and community engagements

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ year of experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail and time management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
