Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Worker to support daily production operations. This role involves assembling products, handling materials, and ensuring quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload raw materials and finished products within the facility
• Assemble parts and components on production lines
• Prepare finished items for shipment
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards and proper fit
• Package and stage completed ductwork for delivery
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift materials and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-focused mindset
