A well-established winery in Parlier is hiring for the 2025 harvest season! We’re seeking individuals with previous warehouse experience who are ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work.

Shifts rotate every 4 months:

• 1st: 5am–1:30pm

• 2nd: 12pm–8:30pm

• 3rd: 8pm–4:30am

Location: Parlier, CA

Pay & Perks:

Local Fresno Recycling Center Looking to Hire Sorters for their 2nd Shift

Shift: 2:00pm - 11:30pm Night Shift

Schedule: Monday-Saturdays

Pay: $16.50/ hour

Work environment is very dusty/dirty

The facility works 9-10 hours daily. OT is not optional. Mandatory Saturdays are required. 

Job Duties Consist of:

• Sorting through different types of recyclable materials such as; cardboard, metal, plastic containers, paper goods, aluminum, and also trash
• Maintaining work area clean during down time
• Cleaning inside machinery while using grape knife, pliers, wire cutters, grinders, and other hand tools
• Other tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Able to work OT and Saturdays
• Stand for 8+ hours daily
• Work in a hot/cold environment
• Experience in a packing house with conveyor belts
• Lift up to 30 pounds 
• Repetitive usage of hands

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance across plant systems, including mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders to diagnose and repair machinery

• Operate and maintain a variety of tools and production equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to packaging systems, compressors, pumps, batching computers, and PLCs

• Maintain high-quality control standards and document all work performed

• Support general building repairs and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a feed mill, industrial, or production setting

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams

• Comfortable working in a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)

• Familiarity with robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)

• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics

• Knowledge of inventory and maintenance systems is a plus

• Basic computer skills including spreadsheets

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds, work in hot/cold conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks
