Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater for a growing metal manufacturing company in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of powder coating experience and a strong understanding of surface preparation, powder application, curing processes, and quality control. This position plays an essential role in producing high-quality finished metal products.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
- Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.
- Operate curing ovens and monitor temperatures to ensure proper finish quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects, proper coverage, color consistency, and quality standards.
- Perform touch-ups and rework as needed.
- Read and follow work orders, specifications, and production schedules.
- Maintain powder coating equipment and work areas.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while wearing required PPE.
- Assist with material handling and movement of parts throughout the production process

As an Inventory Cycle Counter, you will:
- Conduct routine cycle counts for packaging, ingredients, raw materials, and byproducts.
- Investigate and help resolve missing product issues.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate low inventory concerns to the Inventory Manager.
- Maintain, track, and report inventory records and inventory changes.
- Partner with internal departments to coordinate product disposition for use or disposal.
- Work with production, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve inventory and production discrepancies.
- Maintain and update inventory standard operating procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date.
