Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Powder Coater for a growing metal manufacturing company in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of powder coating experience and a strong understanding of surface preparation, powder application, curing processes, and quality control. This position plays an essential role in producing high-quality finished metal products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting surfaces.
  • Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment.
  • Operate curing ovens and monitor temperatures to ensure proper finish quality.
  • Inspect finished products for defects, proper coverage, color consistency, and quality standards.
