Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Janitor, you will:

• Empty trash cans throughout the facility.
• Wipe down tables and common surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize sinks.
• Restock paper towel dispensers.
• Mop floors and maintain clean walking areas.
• Clean and sanitize toilets and urinals.
• Restock restroom supplies, including:
  • Toilet paper
  • Hand towels
  • Seat covers
  • Hand soap
• Clean mirrors using glass cleaner.
• Dust window ledges and other surfaces as needed.
• Follow all safe work practices and wear approved personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Follow the color-coded cleaning program to help prevent cross-contamination.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to support quality control, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within our operations. In this role, you will help maintain product quality, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to building strong customer relationships while ensuring excellence across all products and processes.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will:

• Lead and conduct Internal Audits, GMP Audits, and Glass & Hard Plastics Audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with customer, regulatory, and third-party certification audits.
• Investigate customer complaints and complete corrective action and root cause analysis reports.
• Analyze and track vendor defects that occur during production.
• Support management with annual employee training programs covering:
  • GMP
  • HACCP
  • Allergens
  • BRC
  • Food Security
  • Food Defense
• Use statistical tools to monitor complaints and quality data for trend analysis and continuous improvement.
• Assist the Quality Manager in updating and reviewing Food Safety Plans in accordance with FSMA requirements.
• Manage corrective and preventive action reports resulting from internal and external audit findings.
• Perform monthly environmental testing to verify sanitation effectiveness throughout the facility.
• Monitor analytical testing, microbiological testing, and temperature records to ensure finished product quality.
• Review daily production records, worksheets, monitoring forms, and computer-generated reports at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy and completeness for product release.
• Observe and enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Promote and maintain food safety practices and principles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
