Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts, including single and double forklifts
• Accurately load, unload, move, stage, and store materials within the warehouse
• Read and interpret work orders, pick lists, and inventory documentation
• Perform basic math calculations to verify counts, quantities, and locations
• Maintain accuracy while multitasking and meeting productivity expectations
• Follow all safety procedures and company operating standards
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
• Support inventory accuracy and quality control standards

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts (single and double fork)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Job Overview

We are hiring Cheese Molders for a food manufacturing and processing company in Hanford, CA. This hands on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a production environment and take pride in quality and cleanliness. You will play a key role in molding, packaging, and ensuring high quality cheese products.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift starting at 5:30 AM
• 2nd Shift starting at 2:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Pack product by placing it into bags, film, and or containers
• Stack finished product onto pallets according to standards
• Mold and de mold cheese following production guidelines
• Assist with pre set up of the bottle un scrambler machine
• Ensure machines are running efficiently throughout production
• Inspect products for proper sealing, filling, and overall quality
• Verify correct date codes, lot numbers, case labels, and expiration dates
• Perform CP on the dryer
• Operate spray dryer and other production equipment effectively
• Start up and shut down the dryer efficiently to meet production needs
• Assemble and disassemble molding machines as required
• Check product weight to ensure specifications are met
• Ensure proper quality throughout the production process
• Ensure the cotija grinder is clean and sanitized prior to starting the molding process
• Ensure molding machines are clean and sanitized before production begins
