Position Summary
As a Cheese Molder, you will play a key role in the cheese production process by operating molding equipment, monitoring product quality, and supporting production goals. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to food safety, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor cheese molding equipment according to company procedures
- Inspect cheese products throughout the production process
- Load, unload, and handle materials used in production
- Follow sanitation, safety, and food manufacturing guidelines
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist with general production duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, production, food processing, or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
