Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Forklift Operator to support our Shipping and Receiving operations at our Natomas facility. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate, timely processing of outbound and inbound shipments while supporting warehouse and office functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently within the warehouse
• Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading freight
• Process daily pickups using the Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Route and process shipments within the warehouse
• Ensure all shipments are properly reweighed and dimensioned (DIM)
• Update shipment details accurately in Navigator
• Assist with pulling and staging routes in the warehouse
• Support additional warehouse and office tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience required
• Experience with shipping and receiving processes
• Familiarity with TMS systems and basic computer skills a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work the assigned evening shift consistently
