Forklift Operator / Electric Pallet Jack Operator

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Pay Rate: $22.50 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / Electric Pallet Jack Operator to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics team in Rancho Cordova, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, and material movement while ensuring accuracy, safety, and productivity standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, unloading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving products.
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks while maintaining product integrity.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Perform duties within established productivity and performance standards.
• Provide basic technical and maintenance support related to automated packing systems during production hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating a forklift and electric pallet jack required.
• Warehouse, logistics, shipping, or receiving experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials throughout the shift.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse documentation.
