General Labor Associate

Location: Delta Shores Shopping Center

Project Length: 10-14 Days

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Starting at 7:00 AM

Shift: 10-Hour Shifts

Overtime: Required as Needed

Pay Rate: $19.00 per Hour

Job Summary

We are currently seeking dependable and hardworking General Labor Associates to support a retail store setup project at the Delta Shores Shopping Center. This short-term assignment will last approximately 10-14 days and involves assisting with furniture movement, merchandise organization, store preparation, and general labor tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lift, move, and transport furniture throughout the store.
• Sort and organize merchandise and materials.
• Assist with furniture placement and store setup activities.
• Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Support project teams with additional labor tasks as assigned.
• Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move heavy furniture and materials safely.
• Comfortable performing physical work for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Previous general labor, warehouse, moving, or retail setup experience is a plus.
