Location: South San Francisco, CA
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $25–$28 DOE
We are hiring a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone seeking hands-on experience with entry-level accounting. Knowledge of import/export processes is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones, emails, and schedule appointments
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable
- Help coordinate shipments and support import/export documentation
- Create reports and maintain spreadsheets
