Customer Service Representative
Location: Chatsworth, CA
Salary: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some Saturdays required)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our company. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and the company
- Ensure all customer calls are returned promptly, even when service scheduling is limited
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to support daily operations
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Escalate unresolved issues to management as needed
- Document and report customer interactions, complaints, and trends
- Meet with clients in person at the factory when necessary
- Coordinate and maintain the daily service schedule for three technicians
- Prepare and organize paperwork required for daily service operations
- Generate invoices for billable services and work closely with the accounting team
- Update customer and service information in Market Sharp
- Partner with the factory team to ensure rework items and service materials are completed on time
