Maintenance Technician

Location: San Luis Obispo, CA

Starting Pay: $28.00/hr

Schedule: 2^nd Shift 2pm-10:30pm Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for maintaining equipment reliability and minimizing downtime through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely repairs.

·        Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and PLC-controlled systems; performing inspections and equipment testing

·         Supporting line startups and changeovers; completing work orders and maintenance records; managing spare parts inventory; and ensuring compliance with safety, GMP, food safety, and OSHA standards.

What We’re Looking For:

· Lift 50–80 lbs and stand for extended periods.

· Perform repetitive motions and work in manufacturing environments.

· Climb ladders, stairs, and operate lifts at elevated heights using proper safety equipment.

· Frequently walk, reach, handle tools and components, and work around oils, greases, and coolants.

· Occasionally work in hot, humid, outdoor, or hazardous conditions.

· Must have adequate vision for close work, distance viewing, color recognition, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
