•An Order Selector will select cases and other containers of food and non-foods products to fill customer orders from multi-level rack warehouse storage systems
•Items are placed on pallets and completed orders are moved to the loading dock staging area with an electric pallet jack / forklift, wrapped, labeled and readied for shipment in a timely manner observing all safety regulations and ensuring all quality standards are met while maintaining the efficient flow of product through the production process
•Review work schedule and obtain supplies required to perform the work and prepare for operations
•Perform a safety check on pallet jack / forklift to be used and ensure that all other safety devices are functioning properly
•Put on all required Personal Protective Equipment and Safety Gear
•Place pallets on pallet jack and operate along assigned multi-level racks and locate products according to order sheets
•Manually place the appropriate stock items on pallet from pick slots and racks as required
•Use single and/or double pallets as directed
•Transport completed palletized customer order to shipping dock staging area

Position: General Labor

Shift: Day Shift Mon-Sat 3AM- 3:30PM
General Labor Responsibilities:
This position carries the responsibility of the essential functions including:
• Load flat sheets onto a machinery where it will be converted into a box. Remove any bad sheets.
• Monitor machine for adequate functioning and inspect output to ensure that quality standards are met
• Supervise finished product and ensure that it has a load tag and it is scanned for every pallet
• Identify product that will not meet quality standards and red tag it
• Strap properly and securely pallets with dunnage coverage
• Bag and cover in plastic wrap all finished pallets before shipping off
• Demonstrate good understanding and comply with all work rules
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required
Stitcher Position
• Conduct test and inspections of machine on a sheet to evaluate performance
• Identify the sheet by size and color
• Fold the sheet into required form
• Insert sheet into stitcher machine where it will get stitched (stapled) together
• Inspect box is formed correctly
• Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them
• Palletize one by one each box the machine outputs and keep count
• Insert load tag for each completed pallet
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Gluer Position:
• Conduct test and inspections of machine on a sheet to evaluate performance
• Identify the sheet by size and color to match the order required
• Fold sheet into required form
• Insert sheet into gluer machine where glue will in inserted into the necessary location
• Finalize the box with the last fold after glue has been applied and inspect box is formed correctly
• Stack finished boxes in required bunches and strap securely
• Palletize the required amount
• Insert load tag for each completed pallet
• Identify any safety concerns or hazards and report them
