Shift Time: Second Shift 40 Hours per week, Monday – Friday & Sat

Responsibilities:
Pre-Stage
• At the beginning of the shift and throughout, obtain Pick Tickets from the Shipping office. Pick Tickets contain customer order information such as, type of product and quantity that needs to be pulled from the warehouse to fill an order. Pick and scan items of finished product from the warehouse and enter quantities into the scanner gun.
• Build pallets of finished goods for customer orders, place a sticker on the pallet to identify which order the pallet/product belongs to, place in the staging rack, and complete the Load Chart
• Read and follow special instructions on the Pick Ticket.

Load Trucks
• Conduct pre-inspection of the trailer to ensure it is clean, proper temperature, note damage to the trailer, etc. Complete the pre-inspection form which is on the Load Tag document. Inform a supervisor if the trailer does not pass pre-inspection.
• While using a forklift, go to staging area, get pallets of product for the order, verify counts, and load the truck. Verify counts by reading the Pick Ticket already filled out during pre-stage and by writing the counts on the blank Pick-Ticket.

Rotation
• Take pallets of finished product from Production and place in the warehouse.
• Rotate product based on FIFO.
• Using an Inventory Sheet, perform cycle counts, counting the product, and confirming quantities in the warehouse.

 

Job Requirements:

Shipping Forklift Operator Qualifications:
• High School graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution preferred.
• 1-year of Shipping Forklift experience in a similar environment required.
• Experience using a handheld scanner.
• Forklift experience in both Shipping and Receiving is preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Unload incoming raw product from flatbeds using 12 pallet forklifts

Pay Rate: $16 per hour- Temporary Assignment.
Shift Time: 8 AM - 5:00 PM

Primary Purpose: This job will entail daily data entry of quality assurance and food safety information gathered from various sources. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring data entered is timely and accurate in order to maintain data integrity.

Essential Job Functions (Other Duties May Be Assigned as Needed):
• Enter and interpret information from various quality assurance documents.
• Transpose data to excel formatted spreadsheet.
• Organize and filter data.

 

Job Requirements:

Data Entry Specialist Requirements: 
• High School Diploma or equivalent such as GED. AA is preferred.
• Having some background in quality assurance or food safety is highly desirable.
