Job Purpose

The Sanitation Technician is responsible for ensuring all equipment, parts, walls, floors, tables, and carts are properly cleaned and sanitized in a food production environment.

Essential Job Functions

• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, walls, tables, and carts

• Use hot water and high-pressure hoses
