Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow supervisor instructions and daily SOPs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Perform concrete finishing tasks using hand and power tools.
• Assist with form setup, rebar installation, and pre-pour inspections.
• Read production schedules and drawings to ensure proper setup.
• Help with concrete placement and finishing per quality standards.
• Operate or assist with cranes, forklifts, and other equipment.
• Clean plant areas using assigned tools.
• Wear required PPE at all times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

• Work safely and follow all company policies.
• Great team player
• Can be exposed to hot and cold weather.
• Ability to read and interpret production drawings.
• Proficient in utilizing tape measures and basic hand tools including, but not limited to trowels, hammers, wrenches, chisels, power tools, etc.

• Saber iniciar y operar maquina de coser industrial
• Experience en tapicera
• Seguir patrones y instrucciones detalladas
• Completar mantenimiento basico a maquina de coser (cambiar agujas)
• Asegurar la qualidad del producto
