JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare daily production spreadsheets in system • Answer phone, directs calls and welcome visitors • Prepare weekly production yields and associated reports • Assist auditors with audits • File and maintain clerical records and reports pertinent to accounting and booking or technical operations • Assign account numbers to invoices for proper distribution • Supply customers with customer specific inventory/usage- receipt information • Work with inventory control to maintain consistent inventory and monitor usages/receipts and cycle count activity • Assist Purchasing Specialist with processing purchase orders and accounts payables • Serve as a backup to Payroll • Process monthly milk billing • Identify, recommend improvements, and automate accounting functions in SAP and offline processes.   • Ensures consistency of repairs and quality of work and assists new Technicians with operational issues
