Job Responsibilities

• Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Utilize proper PPE and follow safe work practices for industrial mixing, converting equipment, and chemical handling
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Quality standards and follow all quality procedures, instructions, and equipment operating conditions
• Communicate any quality concerns or defects to the Production Lead, Supervisor, or Manager to support timely corrective actions
• Perform tasks assigned by leadership including setup, machine operation, cleaning, and general production duties
• Meet planned work schedules and productivity goals
• Support organizational initiatives, process improvements, and policy changes

Job Requirements

• Previous experience as a Production Operator or in a manufacturing/industrial environment
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
• Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Reliable, motivated, and capable of working both independently and within a team
• Willingness to follow direction from Leads, Supervisors, and Managers
