POSITION SUMMARY

Pay Rate: $25-$30 DOE
Shift Time: 7am-3:30pm M-F

Specific Job Duties:
• Work in small teams to sort archived product and raw material samples into appropriate bins for disposal.
• Use handheld scanners and/or a laptop computer to look up item codes and their assigned disposal pathways.
• Use Microsoft Office to document sorted items.
• Work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Participate as a fully engaged member of a self-directed work team to achieve department goals.
• Other support duties as needed, including document routing and performing various administrative and investigative tasks.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Basic use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to read small text on screens, paper, and product bottles.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for long periods of time.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and maintain a strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with team members and coordinate efforts efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to maintain full self-accountability, accountability as a team, and to integrate constructive criticism.
Skills and/or Experience Desired:
• Familiarity with OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations standards (HAZWOPER).
• Understanding of industrial safety guidelines, federal standards, and following SOPs.
• Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or other inspection experience.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment, use of powered lifting equipment.

  • Sit-down forklift
  • Reach stand-up forklift
  • Cherry picker

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate powered industrial trucks and order pickers to move, stack, and organize products, equipment, and materials
  • Accurately use handheld scanners for inventory tracking
  • Load and unload trailers efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by following the 7S program
  • Uphold company standards for quality and process excellence
  • Work in varying warehouse conditions (hot/cold)
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet or seated for extended periods
  • Perform inbound receiving tasks as needed

• Clean and maintain the public areas of the building

• Clean employee offices in the building

• Clean restrooms in the office building including washing, sanitizing, and/or polishing bathroom fixtures.
