Responsabilidades:

• Barrer, trapear y limpiar pisos del almacén.
• Recolectar, consolidar y desechar basura y reciclaje.
• Limpiar y abastecer baños.
• Limpiar paredes, estanterías, equipos y áreas de trabajo.
• Utilizar productos químicos y equipos de limpieza de manera segura.
• Mover materiales, suministros y equipos según sea necesario.
• Reportar necesidades de reparación o problemas de seguridad.
• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y organizadas.

Requisitos:

• Experiencia en limpieza, saneamiento, mantenimiento, portería o almacén preferida.
• Experiencia operando Rider Jack es una ventaja o disposición para certificarse.
• Capacidad para levantar hasta 50 libras.
• Capacidad para estar de pie, caminar, agacharse y realizar trabajo físico durante todo el turno.
• Atención al detalle y asistencia confiable.

Core Duties

?    Prepare daily Air and Ocean rate quotations.

?    Maintain and update the regional Quotes and Bookings log on a weekly basis.

?    Input and maintain opportunities, quotes, and accounts in Salesforce CRM.

?    Download operational and sales data from AS400 system.

?    Track and record revenue and profit for new business generated by the SFO Regional Sales team.

?    Generate weekly and monthly revenue, shipment, and performance reports for local management and corporate sales campaigns.

?    Provide general administrative and business support to the department as needed.

• Check in drivers and verify shipping paperwork and documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in warehouse systems
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management
• Review references, documents, and shipment information while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy
• Support daily warehouse operations and maintain a safe work environment
• Forklift experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Must be able to learn and complete Hazardous Materials (DG), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Temperature Control training
• Flexibility required for rotating schedules and changing days off (monthly or quarterly)

Available Shifts (Monday-Saturday):

• 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate with forklift experience to support daily loading, unloading, packing, and inventory operations. This role requires physical labor, accuracy in documentation, and safe equipment handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload cargo from trucks and containers manually and using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Export Packing / Outer Casing: Perform casing work using shrink-wrap machines; measure and record dimensions and weights for booking.
• Inventory & Material Management: Monitor warehouse supplies, packing materials, and maintain organized storage areas.
• Documentation: Prepare and complete warehouse documents accurately.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or moving services experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks: walking, standing, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 49 lbs
• Ability to build pallets and pack materials
• Basic computer skills for documentation
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to read and write in English to complete warehouse paperwork
