Warehouse Associate – San Carlos, CA

Pay: $20 to $24/hr.

Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for our San Carlos location and need qualified candidates to start ASAP. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, sorting, and organizing inventory
• Complete repetitive tasks including bending, stooping, lifting, and walking throughout shifts
• Safely use and climb step ladders up to 14 feet
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks
• Team-oriented, reliable, and punctual

Physical Requirements:

Frequent lifting, bending, stooping, walking, and ladder use.

Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Select Staffing

• Part-time position only (not full-time)
• Guaranteed 20-25 hours per week with overtime opportunities
• Check in drivers and verify shipping paperwork and documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in warehouse systems
• Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management
• Review references, documents, and shipment information while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer savvy
• Support daily warehouse operations and maintain a safe work environment
• Forklift experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate
• Must be able to learn and complete Hazardous Materials (DG), Good Distribution Practices (GDP), and Temperature Control training
• Flexibility required for rotating schedules and changing days off (monthly or quarterly)
• Ideal for students, recent high school graduates, or candidates seeking long-term part-time work

Available Shifts (Monday-Saturday):

• 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM
• 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
