Job Responsibilities:
• Perform First Article inspections to qualify components.
• Application and use of mathematics to evaluate data and reports.
• Conduct visual/dimensional inspection of purchased parts or materials and assemblies to specifications.
• Create inspection history files, document and communicate inspection results
• Record and track daily and quarterly metrics such as IQC backlog and average inspection time
• Handle materials in accordance to procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage or other adverse effects.
• Log and track materials through receiving inspection process.
• Record transactions and move materials to stock locations.
• Maintains the accuracy of identification and count of materials. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory and conducting cycle counts.

The Office Manager will maintain a well-organized office, work cross-functionally with teams in Tanzania, Nigeria, and Amsterdam, and support executives through calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.

Pay and Schedule Information:

  • Pay: $70-$80k/annually with 20% annual bonus and equity
  • Schedule: This is a 1st shift position; support 100% on-site; Mon-Fri but there is some flexibility with the schedule

Job Duties of the Office Manager:
