Job Description:

-Sort and prepare office mail and notify offices the mail has been sorted.
-Manage the day-to-day organization of the mail room and sign for FED EX, UPS, and U.S. Mail deliveries.

-Handle ordinary correspondence and process invoices.
-Support in providing filing support and file management assistance.
