The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for managing incoming payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding invoices. This role supports the accounting department by processing customer payments, reconciling accounts, and providing excellent customer service regarding billing inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process incoming payments, including checks, ACH payments, wire transfers, and credit card transactions.
- Post payments to customer accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
- Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up with customers regarding outstanding balances.
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Research and resolve billing issues, payment disputes, and customer inquiries.
- Prepare aging reports and provide updates on collection activities.
- Maintain customer account information and documentation.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills:

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Material Handler to support warehouse operations by accurately picking products, handling inventory, performing manual material movement, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This position requires the use of RF scanners, manual pallet jacks, and hand carts to transport products safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use RF scanners (wrist-mounted and/or handheld devices) to pick and process orders accurately.
- Pick products in individual ("eaches") quantities according to order requirements.
- Operate manual pallet jacks to move products throughout the warehouse.
- Transport boxes, totes, and small equipment using hand carts or manual pallet jacks.
- Stack, organize, and secure loads to ensure safe movement and storage.
- Complete required documentation, including audits and inventory-related reports.
- Use tie-downs, straps, and other securing methods to stabilize loads during transport.
- Return products from coffee houses back into inventory and ensure accurate stock placement.
- Perform moderate warehouse cleaning duties, including both interior and exterior areas.

- Keep area clean and free of all non-essential tools and components.
