Job Opening: Forklift Operator
Description
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator/Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience operating multiple types of forklifts and material handling equipment in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift, and Cherry Picker safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials.
- Pick and pull orders accurately using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory-related duties.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse while maintaining safety standards.
- Inspect equipment before each shift and report any mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Location: Simi Valley, CA
Requirements
- Must be able to operate Sit-Down Forklift, Stand-Up Forklift, and Cherry Picker.
- Previous warehouse and material handling experience required.
- Experience with order picking, shipping, receiving, and inventory preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Experience using RF scanners.
- Experience in a fast-paced distribution or warehouse environment.
