We are seeking a Transportation Operations Clerk to support high-volume administrative and compliance functions within the Transportation department. This role requires strong accuracy, proficiency with MS Office, and hands-on experience with ADP for timecard entry, edits, and approvals.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process timecards for 130+ drivers (ADP required)
• Support payroll processing; Workday familiarity preferred
• Manage driver paperwork, logs, manifests, and vehicle inspections
• Answer phones, route calls, and assist drivers with delivery issues
• Maintain DOT-compliant Driver Qualification Files (licenses, medical cards, MVRs, violations)
• Monitor driver logs and violations through Telogis
• Run daily transportation reports (observations, vehicle tracking, etc.)
• Review and process Drive Cam events for coaching and signatures
• Assist with purchase orders and other clerical tasks as assigned

Qualifications
