## Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Assembly Lead to manage an assembly line. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of assembly operations and a passion for leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the assembly team
- Ensure that all products are assembled properly and meet quality standards
- Train new team members on assembly procedures
- Identify and resolve assembly problems in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with other departments to improve assembly processes
- Monitor and control inventory of assembly materials
- Prepare reports on assembly line performance

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as an Assembly Lead or similar role in a manufacturing setting
- Strong understanding of assembly operations and procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently
- Proficiency in using assembly tools and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects
