Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Clerk - Forklift

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary:

The Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order processing, shipping and receiving, inventory handling, and customer interactions. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to operate warehouse equipment, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and assist with taking customer orders
• Pull, process, and invoice customer orders accurately
• Prepare and process shipments for outgoing orders
• Receive incoming stock orders, verify contents, and place items in designated warehouse areas
• Pull and prepare tires for will-call pickup or shipping to dealerships
• Load powertrain shipments onto freight lines and unload incoming trucks
• Operate a tow motor/forklift to move parts and materials within the warehouse
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Forklift operation experience required
• Warehouse and/or auto parts experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, move, and manage warehouse inventory safely

Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate / Ice Packaging Operator is responsible for packaging ice, palletizing product, and transporting finished goods from the bagging room to the warehouse. This role supports inventory accuracy, warehouse safety, and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced production environment.

Essential Functions

• Package ice into bundles, stack on pallets, and transport finished products from the bagging room to the warehouse.
• Audit inventory to ensure accurate loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Assist in the bagging room to support continuous and efficient operations.
• Clean and maintain work and maintenance areas in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Follow and promote safe dock practices while coordinating with drivers.

Additional Responsibilities

• Ability to work evening shifts and weekends as required.

The Production Technician I is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by assembling, operating, and monitoring production equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency standards are met. This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals looking to grow within a manufacturing or production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production and packaging equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform basic assembly, inspection, and testing of products
• Accurately complete production documentation, logs, and reports
• Monitor product quality and report defects or equipment issues to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), if applicable
