Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to support our Shipping and Receiving operations. This role is responsible for safely operating stand-up forklifts, handling inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up forklift (reach, cherry picker, or stand-up sit-down) safely and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
• Pick, stage, and transport products to designated locations
• Verify shipments for accuracy against packing slips and purchase orders
• Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and palletizing
• Perform basic inventory tracking and data entry as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months–1 year of stand-up forklift experience
• Valid forklift certification (preferred or company-provided)
• Experience with shipping and receiving operations
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable with good attendance and punctuality

• Overtime may be available depending on business needs

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Assistant to support our Sales & Operations team. This role serves as a key link between Sales, Warehouse Operations, Accounting, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with order entry, quotes, and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment processing.
• Communicate order status, inventory availability, and delivery updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and inventory information.
• Support invoicing and work with Accounting to resolve order or payment issues.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with special projects.
• Resolve order discrepancies and help ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
