Packout Associate – Cannabis Edibles Production – Select Staffing

Pay Rate: $17.34/hour

Available Schedules:

• Monday-Friday| 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM
• Monday-Friday| 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM

Select Staffing is hiring Packout Associates for a cannabis edibles manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals. No experience is required, and Spanish speakers are welcome to apply!

Job Duties:

• Package marijuana-infused gummy products into bags, jars, and other packaging materials
• Apply labels accurately to finished products
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

Paid Training: The company provides up to 4 hours of paid training to help new employees learn packaging and labeling procedures before beginning regular production work.
