• Managing inventory of office supplies, including tracking usage and ordering supplies as needed with Manager’s approval.
• Archiving construction documents and plans to ensure easy accessibility and organization.
• Printing plot book pages for cemeteries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handling DMV vehicle renewals and maintaining an updated vehicle and equipment list.
• Preparing meeting materials for the Manager, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
• Performing general clerical duties such as typing, filing, and answering telephones, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Undertaking other duties as assigned by the Manager to support the smooth operation of our office.
