Production Associate

Location: Fairfield, CA
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM Start

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Fairfield. In this role, you will be responsible for operating production machinery, producing advanced composite materials, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet company standards. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, capable of working in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high-quality production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture advanced composite materials.
• Set up, run, and perform changeover operations on production equipment.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Label and package finished products accurately and efficiently.
• Complete and maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and guidelines.
• Identify equipment or product issues and promptly report concerns to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and production equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
