Shift: Night Shift (Training on Day Shift Required)
Position Overview
We are seeking two dependable and detail-oriented Preppers to join our Prep Department team. Candidates will be responsible for preparing products and materials prior to production, ensuring quality standards are met and work is completed efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Prepare products and materials according to company specifications.
- Sand, clean, mask, inspect, and stage parts or materials as required.
- Follow work instructions and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of prep or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
Training & Schedule
- Candidates hired for the night shift will begin training on the day shift for approximately 1-2 weeks to learn products, processes, and quality standards.
- Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the night shift schedule.
