Job Summary
Fresno Metal Manufacturing Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing, coating, and finishing metal products while ensuring quality standards and safety requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting materials.
- Apply powder coating finishes according to production specifications.
- Operate powder coating equipment and curing ovens safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist in other production duties as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of powder coating experience preferred
- Experience working in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment
- Ability to read work orders and follow specifications
- Familiarity with powder coating equipment and finishing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
