Responsibilities
- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating, including cleaning and masking as needed.
- Apply powder coatings using spray equipment and proper application techniques.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and appearance standards are met.
- Identify coating defects and make adjustments when necessary.
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of powder coating experience preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Ability to recognize coating defects and troubleshoot application issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical work as needed.
