Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Powder Coater to join our team in Natomas.

The Powder Coater will be responsible for setting up and operating powder coating equipment, preparing and coating parts, and ensuring finished products meet customer specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently.
• Apply powder coatings to parts according to customer requirements and specifications.
• Prepare parts and surfaces as needed prior to the coating process.
• Monitor coating application to ensure proper coverage, consistency, and finish.
• Inspect completed parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies.
• Troubleshoot basic issues with powder coating equipment and the application process.
• Handle and move materials or parts throughout the work area as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous powder coating or related industrial painting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of powder coating equipment, application techniques, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
