Operations Support Technician (Industrial Electronics & Warehouse Operations)

Location: Milpitas, CA

Schedule: Full-Time Start: ASAP Position

Overview: We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Support Technician to assist the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager in daily oversight of a client account. This role supports warehouse operations, industrial electronics processing, and customer communication in a fast-paced, ESD-controlled environment

.Key Responsibilities: Assist the Operations Supervisor and Operations Manager with daily operational oversight of the assigned client account.

Work safely and consistently in an ESD-controlled area

Communicate professionally via phone, messaging apps, and email directly with customers as needed.

Navigate and utilize WMS/ERP systems for tracking, documentation, and workflow management.

Perform receiving, shipping, and inventory/cycle counts.

Complete serial capture, documentation, and data entry.

Conduct assembly and kitting of industrial electronic components.

Perform disassembly, cleaning, and decontamination of equipment.

Support cross-functional tasks and other duties as assigned.

Maintain daily cleaning and workspace organization.

Qualifications:

Strong, proficient computer skills.

Experience with WMS or ERP systems.

Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required
